p65com Terms and Conditions – Player Agreement and Platform Rules

1 General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "Player") and p65com ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the p65com website and all services offered through it. By completing the registration process and using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use p65com, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a resident of the Philippines.
• You are not a prohibited person under any applicable law or regulation.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, or close associate of p65com or its affiliated entities.
• You have not previously had a p65com account suspended or permanently closed for rule violations.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on the platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all related accounts and forfeiture of any balances associated with duplicate accounts.

During or after registration, p65com may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) by submitting a valid Philippine government-issued ID and any other documents we reasonably request. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period may result in account restrictions, including the inability to process withdrawals.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) used for login verification. You must not share your account access with any other person.

p65com will never ask for your password through any communication channel. Any message claiming to be from p65com and asking for your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify p65com immediately. We will take reasonable steps to secure the account, but p65com is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on p65com are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The platform supports Philippine banking channels and local e-wallets as payment methods. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit or wagering payment methods.

Deposits are credited to your account upon successful verification of the payment by our payment processor. p65com is not responsible for delays caused by your banking institution or e-wallet provider.

Withdrawals are processed to bank accounts or e-wallets registered in the member's own verified name. Third-party withdrawals — to accounts owned by another person — are strictly not permitted. The following activities are considered bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of bonuses and any winnings derived from them, as well as possible account suspension:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once.
• Colluding with other players to meet wagering requirements artificially.
• Using automated tools or bots to place bets toward wagering requirements.
• Exploiting any error or inconsistency in game software or bonus mechanics.

p65com reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotional offer at any time, and to decline or reverse bonus payments where abuse is suspected.

6 Gameplay Rules and Fair Use

If a technical malfunction, system error, or network disruption occurs during a gaming session, p65com will take reasonable steps to resolve the matter fairly. • Engaged in bonus abuse, collusion, or any form of cheating.
• Used the platform in a manner that is fraudulent, unlawful, or harmful to other users.
• Violated any provision of these Terms.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, existing real money balances will typically be held and released upon resolution. Where an account is permanently closed for rule violations, p65com reserves the right to forfeit balances derived from fraudulent or prohibited activity.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account in good standing may do so by contacting customer support. Any outstanding real money balance will be settled via withdrawal to the member's verified payout account.

10 Limitation of Liability

p65com provides its platform and services on an "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure continuous and reliable access, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption or error.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, p65com shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to losses resulting from technical failures, network disruptions, or reliance on any information provided on the site.
